2. Complete Your Application
Fill out all sections of the application. If a question doesn’t apply to you, write “N/A.” Incomplete applications may not be considered. It is recommended that you include a copy of your mortgage pre-approval with your application.

4. Gather Required Documents for Eligibility Verification
You will be required to present the following documents to verify your eligibility. This must be completed within 14 days of your application submission date.
Mortgage preapproval letter
Social Security award letters (if applicable)
Last 8 consecutive paystubs
Bank and asset statements from the last 6 months (checking, savings, retirement accounts, stocks, etc.)
Federal tax returns, W-2s, and 1099s for the past 3 years
Documentation to confirm first-time homebuyer status
Proof of pregnancy (if applicable for household size)
Divorce or separation documentation (if applicable)
Signed affidavit confirming the home will be your primary residence
