Why Developers Choose Us

Affordable homeownership projects require more than sales experience. They need a partner who understands compliance, buyer education, and the steps required to bring income-restricted homes to a successful closing in a timely and responsible way.

Nina-Soto Realty has partnered on three homeownership projects with The Neighborhood Developers (TND), a respected leader in affordable housing. These collaborations represent more than completed transactions. They reflect a shared commitment to equity, transparency, and long-term community impact.

Cynthia Nina-Soto also serves on the Board of Directors at Harborlight Homes, further strengthening our connection to the affordable housing field. From navigating deed restrictions and coordinating with CHAPA and MassHousing, to hosting HOA orientations and supporting buyers through down payment assistance, we provide the structure and guidance that responsible development requires.

Our Values

We are guided by five core principles:

  1. Trustworthiness - In a world of constant change, our commitment to trust remains steady.

  2. Community Legacy - We don’t just work in the community—we work to uplift it.

  3. Relentless Advocacy - Every client deserves a strong, informed voice in their corner.

  4. Collaborative Growth - Growth is a shared journey. We move forward together.

  5. Agent Empowerment - We invest in our agents so they can better serve others.
